After ten years as a sous-chef and experiences in Reims, Corsica, Bordeaux, and the Basque Country, alongside some of the biggest names in French cuisine (Marcon, Darozze), he now settles in Drôme. His motivation? To showcase the treasures of our region and offer guests moments of pure culinary emotion.
